TROPICAL TWIST TO DULUX ACADEMY OPEN DAY
Dulux Academy is hosting its annual Open House event on July 12, 2024. Taking place at its flagship site in Slough from 10:00 to 15:30, this year’s tropical-themed event includes competitions, freebies, food, networking opportunities with likeminded professionals, and the chance to meet the Dulux Academy team, Dulux dog and over 20 suppliers.
On the day, suppliers will be demonstrating their products and running fun competitions for the chance to win some great prizes. The Dulux Academy team and suppliers will also be delivering masterclasses and allowing decorators to get hands-on with the latest kit. There will also be a charity raffle to raise funds for The Rainy Day Trust, which provides support for tradespeople during times of financial hardship.
Vickie Mather, Dulux Academy Lead at AkzoNobel, commented: ““At this year’s event, attendees will also be able to visit Dulux Academy’s newly opened ‘The Mews’. This outdoor training space simulates the real-life exterior conditions that decorators will experience on the job, so that they are better prepared to carry out work to the highest standard once on site. It is also the home of our new uPVC spray application course.”
Dulux Academy Open House is taking place on July 12 from 10:00 until 15:30 and is free to attend.
